How Turnoh handles candidate data.
This page describes, in plain language, how Turnoh collects, uses and protects personal data during the WhatsApp hiring process. It is maintained by Ponteiras Rodrigues Indústria de Auto Peças LTDA, responsible for the platform within Grupo PR.
Consent inside the conversation
The candidate accepts the terms inside WhatsApp itself, before answering any personal data. We record the terms version and the acceptance date.
Restricted access
Sensitive data (national ID, disability status, reports, documents) is accessible only to authorized HR profiles. We audit access to sensitive-level data.
Proportional retention
We keep active candidates' data while there is interaction. After the defined retention period, we apply anonymization while preserving the historical integrity of the process.
Data subject rights
The candidate can request access, correction, portability or deletion of their data through the DPO channel. We respond within 15 calendar days.
